CURATED PACKAGES
BASICS PACKAGE
WHO’S THIS FOR? You are renovating or building. It’s exciting and maybe stressful. You’re faced with making decisions in your kitchen, bathrooms or mudroom. You’re confident in what you like but know a designer can take these rooms to the next level, avoiding mistakes. You want to maximize your investment. You’re confident you and your contractor can oversee project execution provided installation specs are clear and materials arrive in good order. WHAT UNDONE HOME DOES The process begins with a questionnaire and email follow up to discuss and fully understand your project. Undone then goes to work to curate a plan just for you. We’ll mail you a personalized design package for the rooms specified, including samples of: · Tile and grout for wall, floor and backsplash · Cabinet hardware · Countertop stone · Wall and cabinet paint colors Your package will also include a printed tile layout and a finish schedule (a full list of materials with installation instructions), both of which are invaluable tools for your builder. If needed, one revision is included. Once we have your final approval and measurements, we will order your selections for you. One consulting hour is included. Should you desire more time you may purchase Consulting Hours as needed. PRICING $950 per room, plus material hard costs TIMELINE Please allow 3-4 weeks for package delivery. Delivery of products is subject to vendor availability. We will keep you posted.

BASICS PLUS PACKAGE
WHO’S THIS FOR? You’re in the thick of a renovation or new build. Undone Home’s Basics feels like a lifeline, but you want support on additional selections. You see the value of having a designer on your team, and are willing to pay a little more to elevate your space and get the designer look you love. WHAT UNDONE HOME DOES The PLUS package includes everything in Basics ... and more. Additional items in your package vary by room and need, but might include: · Lighting · Mirror · Additional hardware (e.g., towel rings) · Sink · Plumbing (faucets, shower. tub filler) · Commode · Vanity/Cabinetry · Wallpaper ​ Your package will also include a printed tile layout and a finish schedule (a full list of materials with installation instructions), both of which are invaluable tools for your builder. ​ If needed, one revision is included. Once we have your final approval and measurements, we will order your selections for you. One consulting hour is included. Should you desire more time, you may purchase Consulting Hours as needed. PRICING $1800 per room, plus material hard costs TIMELINE Please allow 4-6 weeks for package delivery. CONSULTING HOURS
CONSULTING HOURS PACKAGE
WHO’S THIS FOR? You love the idea of having a designer in your corner – a sounding board, a trusted expert – to support your design project. Consulting Hours Packages are the perfect fit. These blocks of time enhance the design relationship – affordably and with flexibility. A few examples: ​ · Sometimes, Consulting Hours boost the Curated Packages. You value the Undone process and simply want more ... customization, revisions or exploration. · A space in your home is in need of some love. It might be a living room, dining room or bedroom. Use Consulting Hours to better your space. ​ · You’ve got a specific design dilemma. Color can be tricky, for example. Maybe a new paint plan is needed. Wallpaper can make a big impact, but how to make the best selection? Flooring, lighting? Consider Consulting Hours. · Company’s coming. Undone Home can style and refresh your space. · An Undone Curated Package isn’t quite enough. A full-service design relationship may be too much. For some clients, Consulting Hours are a perfect middle ground. WHAT UNDONE HOME DOES While Consulting Hours are flexible and versatile, we have a time-tested process for delivering great results (a.k.a. the cool space you crave). Here’s the skinny: · We’ll start with a one-hour design consultation to learn about your project and needs, wants and expectations. · Undone will clarify the project with a full scope-of-work proposal and contract. · Undone will create a design, managing product specification, floor planning and sourcing, including ordering, receiving and overseeing installation/styling. PRICING Purchase Consulting Hours in blocks of ten hours for $2,000. Even the payment process is easy. We’ll provide access to our online portal for payments and proposal approvals.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN
FULL SERVICE DESIGN
WHO’S THIS FOR? You are drawn to unexpected, timeless design with a touch of cool. You see it, you like it, but how do you get it? You don't have the time to undertake a design project. You want input, information, choice and communication without the weight of decision making and project management. WHAT UNDONE HOME DOES Our Full-Service Design gives you the cool home you’ve always wanted. Does it get any better? In fact, yes. You’ll be confident, relaxed and involved. While every home is unique, we’ve got a single process to ensure your happiness. How it works: · It starts with a consultation (up to two hours). We want to understand your space, how you live in it, your needs and wants. · Next, we’ll send you a full proposal and contract, detailing project scope and deliverables. We make sure we’re all on the same page. ·Next, we’ll collaborate with your architect and builder. This ensures your team is in sync. · Undone Home will design, specify and source your project to completion, including ordering, expediting, inspection and delivery of your products. · It all comes together. Undone Home will manage the installation and styling of your home. · Let the living begin! PRICING Full-Service Design project pricing is based on the scale of your project. WHO’S THIS FOR? You're about to start a renovation or a room is in need of a refresh, and you want some real designer advice. You are ready to show your space over video, or put together photos and/or links to discuss over screen-share, or simply chat and take notes. WHAT UNDONE HOME DOES Undone will email you to coordinate a date and time that works best for you. You will then receive a zoom link for your one hour video call. Advice will vary by project needs, but might include: · Furniture selection and layout suggestions · Accessories and styling ideas · Paint or wallpaper recommendations · Tile and layout advice · Lighting, hardware and finish recommendations · Cabinetry design ideas PRICING $400
